The design comes as-is (no modification to design) with 1 logo, Graduate Name, Class Year, and 2 photos. (The same two photos are used for both the stole and the t-shirt.)

Please Provide 2 photos(jpeg/jpg or png) for design purposes. Please try to provide the best quality photo you are able to submit.

Each additional photo or design element (Additional Logo, Quote, Scripture, Degree, Modification from the existing design, etc.) is $5. Please choose accordingly from the drop-down menu.

Email photos to admin@feezkustomkreations.net. You will receive an auto-response that verifies your email has been received. If it is not received, you will not receive an email. Please DO NOT email this email address with questions.

Cancellation Fee: $20 within 48 hours of submitting design. You will receive a refund for the difference.

Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change) * IF you want additional edits, you will be charged a fee of $10.

*IF you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged $5 for each photo swap.

All additional fees will need to be paid prior to shipping.

Once the mockup is sent, you have 12 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production, and at this time, you will be charged a $10 reprint fee.

We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 10 business days (Normal Processing Time)

However, due to the volume of orders, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in the order that they are ordered in as the processing time.

For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 5 to 10 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.

EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via 2-day UPS Air. It does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at customerservice@feezkustomkreations.net to process your payment with a rush fee of $25 AND the expedited shipping (overnight) of calculated based on your address.

NOTE: Feez Kustom Kreations tries its best to accommodate all requests within reason. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate some changes based on the capabilities of the templates used to create your project.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodation to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.

3D/All Over Shirt Disclaimer: *With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur from print to print. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area.

Please include as much details as possible when placing an order such as concepts, color(s), accent color (silver, gold, etc.), styles, and exact wording as we copy and paste exactly as provided in the order. Slight modifications to the details are only allowed within 7 days of purchase. If you have a color swatch, inspiration(s), certain characters, etc., please upload it or send it via email with your order number to admin@feezkustomkreations.net.

Once the design phase has begun, no information from the order can be changed. No exception! We will design using all the details provided and will submit proof(s) for your review and approval to the email account used on the order.

Please triple check the email address being used to place your order as that will be the only email we will use to communicate. Please make sure it's a valid email.

Photo Submission

If your design requires a photo or business logo, you can upload it to your order or you can email a JPEG or PDF file in high quality to admin@feezkustomkreations.net with your order number. If your order number is not included in the email, we will be unable to locate it.

If you are submitting a business logo, please send a high resolution PNG file. This file will have no background.

Please do not crop or edit your photo before sending. The following photos are NOT accepted: cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social media, screenshots are not permitted. Feez Kustom Kreations will not be held responsible in poor quality and low resolution images submissions.

Turnaround Time, Proofs & Revision

Turn around time

All orders are completed per the date chosen on the order. We highly recommend choosing a date that is 1-2 weeks before the event as any delays may arise. Orders are shipped the same week( Mon. to Wed.) of the selected date. In addition, once the order is shipped, it takes up to five business days in transit depending on location.

Any order updates will not be provided until the proof process.

Orders needed less than the standard processing time, a rush turnaround fee is required and will need to be added to the order. Please do not select a due date and add an earlier date in the notes. For more information about our rush fees, please click here.

Feez Kustom Kreations will not be held responsible in production/ shipping delays due to approval delays, if any.

Proof and Revisions

Proof(s) will be submitted the weekend before your selected due date for your review and approval to the email address on the order. Approval is needed within 24-48 hours to avoid any delays. Please check your proof(s) carefully to ensure accuracy of the design, color, grammatical and spelling errors as we 'copy and paste' all text from the order. We cannot be held responsible for any errors once proof is approved. Once proof(s) are approved, we will proceed with printing and no changes can be made.

There is a maximum of 2 revisions for slight modifications such as cliparts, font or color adjustments, and image positioning. A complete new design is not considered as a revision. A new design concept will be an addition to the project and new re-design payment is required. We strongly recommend including as much details as possible.  

If you do not respond to our proofs after our 2nd attempt, your item(s) will not deliver as is. Approval Is required. Feez Kustom Kreations will not be liable for delays, revisions,or shipping delays. Absolutely No refunds will be provided. Store credit can be given less design and processing fee for only one year from issuing date.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Please triple check the shipping address before completing your order. We will ONLY ship to the address shown on the order.

All item(s) are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority (up to 5 business days depending on location). Expedited shipping is available. Please reach out to us for a quote before placing an order.

Item(s) will ship the same week to the date selected on the order. Item(s) ship the beginning of the week between Monday-Wednesday. Once order is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days for transit.

Feez Kustom Kreations will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, weather delays, or acts of God. Refund will not be issued.

We do offer rush services if you need your order sooner than available dates shown in the website.

OPTIONAL: Please add the reusable Ice Packs if you are ordering chocolate bars for temperatures of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and above in your area! We DO NOT take responsibility for packages left in a mailbox, front porch/door or garage door area where there is a strong possibility the chocolate will melt.

Digital File Policy

For Digital orders only, no physical items will be shipped to you. All digital files will be shipped to you. All digital files will be delivered via email ONLY to the email address associated with the order.

You are responsible for printing your own material.

Digital Files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Cannot be resold, shared or given away.

NO COMMERCIAL USE or RESALE. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, Returns & Disclaimers

Due to the custom nature of these item(s), we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

If you decide to cancel, refunds are not given after 24 hours of purchase. We will provide you with a "Credit" for future events Only. Credits are only valid for one year from the purchase date.

If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.
