Design/Mockup Order Fee

A NON-REFUNDABLE $35 retainer fee is REQUIRED to receive a mock-up. Your mock-up image will be texted or emailed to you within 1 to 5 business days after ALL INFO is received for your order. (The time DOES NOT include weekends or holidays).

We may reach out in 24 hours or less regarding your custom order if we haven't spoken to you already. Instead of waiting for our call or message, you may also message us using the Chat at the bottom of the screen

You will receive a mock-up of the SAME DESIGN variation on each type of product as well as on other products we offer (if applicable). If you want to change something on a different product other than the original design, another $25 fee is required.
